Simhachalam temple is on the most famouse temples in visakhapatnam, known for its spiritual significance and beautiful hilltop location.
Timings :
07:00 AM to 04:00 PM
06:00 PM to 09:00 PM
Annadhnam start’s from 11 AM at the temple premises
How to reach simhachalam 🚙:
Distance ➡ 11.7 km,
By APSRTC buses🚌 – 6A/H , 28H
“6A/H” and bus number “6” also also cover the back gate entrances of railways station which is called ganapuram railway station entrance, from vizag RTC complex the same 6A/H bus starts for every 5 to 10 minutes
By cab🚔 :Rapido or uber or ola both cabs and auto’s will be avaliable, Recently Rapido pickup point is established at the main gate of the vizag railway station
By rental bikes 🏍: Take rental bikes if you are a people of 2 you can take bike on rent it is avaliable at main gate of railway station and rental bike are allowed in vizag
if you came with family you can also book a rental cabs in rapido or uber or ola
KAILASAGIRI:
A Scenic Hilltop Destination in Vizag
Kailsagiri is on the most popular tourist attractions in vizag, known for its breathtaking hilltop views, peaceful atmosphere, and iconic Shiva-Parvathi statue. Situated at an elevation of around 350 feet above the sea level, Kailasgiri offers panormaic views of the Bay of Bengal and the vizag coastline.
How to reach Kailsagiri : Simhachalam➡ kailasagiri 15.3 km
By APSRTC buses 🚌 – 68k, 60, 60h deboard at hunumanthavaka junction from their it just 5 to 10 minutes you can take auto riskshaw or cab.
Things to do in Kailasagiri :
My suggestion is to take Ropeway to reach kailsagiri hill top trust me the scenic views of beach and coastal line will blow your mind
